is using the Geoffrion's 38' Chartres-style labyrinth and acknowledges that it is to be used in a respectful manner.

This organization agrees to:
1. use the labyrinth only indoors (on a clean, dry surface which has been swept before the labyrinth is laid down),
2. allow shoes only for those who need them for medical reasons,
3. prohibit use of candles, drinks and food on the labyrinth.
